Josh began his career in recruitment, developing a strong understanding of technical hiring, candidate engagement, and market dynamics within the software sector. 

After building experience in the UK recruitment market, he directed his attention to Sweden, where he identified a growing demand for transparent, relationship-driven recruitment services tailored to the needs of modern tech companies.

Through Randall Recruitment, Josh partners with startups, scale-ups, and established organisations across the Nordic countries, helping them attract and retain skilled developers and engineers.
